Erich

Erich WEIKERT is a bilingual strategist and creative working at the intersection of luxury, design, and behavior. Fluent in German and English, he holds two dual degrees from programs across Germany, France, the UK, and the US — offering a globally recognized foundation in Management, Consumer Behavior, and Luxury Brand Strategy.

His early career at Gucci introduced him to the cadence of high-end retail, while his current work at Bang & Olufsen focuses on deeply personalized experiences—bridging material innovation, storytelling, and client ritual.

Strategic Focus & Future Vision

Beyond his in-store role, Erich continues to develop bespoke concepts and speculative design proposals under his own name — ranging from reimagined lifestyle objects to architectural explorations rooted in behavior, materiality, and sensory experience.

He is also the founder of Erich’s Project Limited — a long-term initiative to create a self-sustaining city and society grounded in systems thinking, ethical design, and intentional living. While the project is currently on hold, it remains a blueprint for future possibilities : a fully controlled ecosystem where architecture, technology, and values align to support both individual and collective flourishing.

Each commission — whether spatial, strategic, or experiential — is approached with the same clarity of purpose: to elevate the everyday through design, emotion, and restraint.
